Governance
A shared steering structure that guarantees the quality, transparency and impact of the Expo.
Steering Committee (COPIL)
Strategic body composed of representatives of co-organizers, institutional partners and sector experts. COPIL defines strategic orientations, validates the program and ensures general supervision of the Expo.
Organizing Committee
Operational body responsible for implementing COPIL decisions. Composed of project managers and thematic leaders, the Organizing Committee coordinates logistics, programming, partnerships and communication.
Technical Secretariat
Permanent daily coordination unit. Handles administrative and financial monitoring, registration management, participant reception and on-site logistical coordination.
Thematic Axes
Three structuring axes guide all the Expo's activities in service of African SMEs.
Connect and Finance SMEs
Facilitate connections between SMEs and financial institutions (banks, MFIs, investment funds) through targeted B2B meetings and financial capacity-building workshops.
Integrate SMEs into Value Chains
Promote the integration of SMEs into regional and international value chains, notably through opportunities offered by the AfCFTA and major structuring projects like Simandou 2040.
Transform SMEs into African Champions
Support the upgrading of SMEs to the status of African champions through innovation, certification, access to public and private markets, and mentorship by industry leaders.

Financing Pavilion
Dedicated space for financial institutions to present their credit, guarantee and investment offerings tailored to SMEs.
B2B Arena
Platform for scheduled business meetings between SMEs, contractors and investors. Advanced matching algorithms.
SME Academy
Series of intensive training sessions and masterclasses led by experts on finance, management, digitalization and exporting.
International Exhibition
Exhibition village bringing together SMEs, institutions and invited countries to showcase their products, services and investment potential.
Decision-Makers Forum
High-level conferences bringing together ministers, central bank governors, CEOs and international experts on SME financing issues.
